This is one of those things you can't imagine ever needed-until you get one and realize you can't live without it.  Simply pour the batter into these silicone muffin "pans," bake, and pop the goods from the cups once they've cooled-no paper cups or sticky spray required.  It's like a pliable ice-tray, except the results are infinitely more satisfying.
