SiliconeZone cutting boards
$11.99 for set of four
WHAT'S NEW: Flexible plastic cutting boards with skid-resistant backs are printed with images of the category of food for which they will be used -- meat, poultry, fish and vegetables -- to make it easier to prevent cross-contamination.
TEST DRIVE NOTES: In a busy kitchen, it's easy to lose track of whether a cutting surface has been used for preparing raw meat, poultry or fish. Earlier products were color coded, but the cook had to recall which color had been used for which ingredients. It's hard to make a mistake with these attractive boards, which use images as well as colors to remind you. As a bonus, they work well on any surface, resist slipping and may be washed in the top rack of the dishwasher to ensure sterilization.
