Patent Granted for SiliconeZone’s manufacturing process of Silicone Bakeware
New York, NY — October 2, 2006
SiliconeZone is pleased to announce that U.S. Patent Number 7,105,193 was granted for its manufacturing process of Silicone Bakeware on September 12, 2006. The patent protects its process for producing silicone bakeware.
“Our patented manufacturing process assures the highest level of manufacturing quality and product performance. The process insures that the bakeware maintains its physical and structural integrity and is designed to exceed United States standards for food contact, and the much more strict European standards, as well as California Proposition 65,” said, Michael Karyo, SiliconeZone CEO. “As a technology driven company and a pioneer in silicone housewares, this patent protects our investment in research and development into this proprietary manufacturing process.”
According to Karyo, this U.S. patent allows SiliconeZone to pursue infringement in the United States and to prevent importers or manufacturers from selling or distributing silicone bakeware in the United States if it violates Patent Number 7,105,193.
