Flexible Cutting Boards
A flexible cutting board has two advantages over wood and hard plastic: Because it bends, you canuse it to scoop up the ingredients you've just cut and drop them into the pan. And because it's whisper-thin, it's easy to store (slide it in anywhere). Look for a model with a nonsked bottom that will stay in place while you work.
