Move over Plastic Wrap

Sure plastic wrap comes in handy, but can't help felling a twinge of guilt every time I tear off a piece, knowing its only going to wind up in the trash. And that's why I love these reausable silicone lids from SiliconeZone for sealing bowls of prepped ingredients, cookie dough, or leftovers. To create an airtigt seal, simply lay a lid atop any smooth-lipped bowl - plastic, metal, glass, or ceramic. That's all there is to it. You can also use the lids as trivets and microwave splater guards. SiliconeZone's Easy Lids are dishwasher-safe, and they come in four sizes: 6, 8 3/4, 10 1/2 and 12 inches. The lids range in price from $7 to $20 at Surlatable.com.
